Journal Submissions

The McGill Journal of Law and Health is accepting new submissions at this time.

We welcome academic work at the intersection of law and health by Canadian and international authors. In addition to health law topics, we also accept articles on issues related to health policy or bioethics. All articles must have strong legal content.

Online Blog Submissions

The McGill Journal of Law and Health is accepting submissions for our Online Blog.

In addition to the peer-reviewed journal, the MJLH publishes short articles for our Online Blog. We accept article submissions from all law students, law professors and members of the academic community at large that pertain to health law.

Online articles are generally 1000 – 1300 words in length. We also accept two-part series that may sum to up to 2000 words.
